WHEN MY APPOINTMENT IS CONFIRMED?

Your appointment will be confirmed once you book and pay for your service. 

HOW FAR IN ADVANCE SHOULD I BOOK A MAKEUP ARTIST?

I would recommend booking your makeup artist as soon as possible. Wedding planning can sometimes be a nightmare (or so I’ve been told by previous brides), so since, in my opinion, getting makeup (and hair) services seems to be the cheapest and easiest part of planning a wedding, I’d recommend to get that out of the way, and hopefully that will ease some stress.

DO YOU TRAVEL TO ME AND TO THE WEDDING? IF SO, WHAT DO YOU CHARGE FOR TRAVEL?

Yes! We travel to you for the wedding day, this makes it more convenient for you, and we will be in the comfort of your own home or location for the wedding day. 

WHAT PRODUCTS DO YOU USE?

I am constantly researching and testing the latest products on the market to ensure that only the highest-quality, most enduring products are in my kit. The professional and high-end brands I use. I also regularly include: Face Atelier, Hourglass, Make Up For Ever, Dior, Tom Ford, Kevyn Auccoin, Charlotte Tilbury, RCMA, Ben Nye, Graftobian, MAC Cosmetics, Glossier, Danessa Myricks, Kosas, Sonia Roselli, Marc Harvey Airbrush and Temptu Airbrush. I also regularly attend makeup seminars, classes and trade shows to continually increase my skill level and remain at the forefront of the cosmetic industry.

 

Selected hairstyling brands include: Kenra, Design.Me, Living Proof, Tigi, Schwarzkopf, Bumble & Bumble, Chi, Verb, Redken and Kristin Ess.

Do you provide faux lashes?

YES!! I provide complimentary strip/individual lashes with every makeup service as I highly recommend some kind of lash enhancements for beautiful and stunning photos!! Even the most natural look is enhanced with the addition of faux lashes. Every client I have converted to lashes was so happy with the results!

What is your refund and cancellation policy?

There is no refund for reasons including cancellation of wedding, wedding date, weather, sickness, and dissatisfaction of service. There are no refunds for wedding date changes. In the event that there is a situation beyond our control (i.e., pandemic), a date change will be offered upon availability of the Artist and the service amount will be transferred to that date.

 

Cancellations for the bridal party: Service cancellations for scheduled patron(s) will not receive a refund. However, the client has the option to replace them self with another individual. Transferred service(s) must be equal to or less than the contracted price.

We ask that you notify us ASAP for any cancellations so we may open your spot for someone else.
